Overview
Most properties don't need an armed guard. They need a reliable, trained person who shows up on time, knows who belongs on site, notices what's out of place and writes it down. That is what our unarmed officers do.
Each officer is licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety as a non-commissioned security officer (Level II) and works under our company license, C10584701. Before their first shift at your site, they get a walkthrough of the property, your written post orders and the names of the people they report to.
Unarmed doesn't mean passive. Our officers politely challenge people who don't belong, enforce your property rules, check doors and gates, respond to alarms and tenant concerns, and call police when a situation calls for it. Everything goes into a written report.
