Overview

Your Inventory Sits Outside All Night

A dealership is one of the hardest properties to secure: hundreds of vehicles parked in the open, several entrances, a service drive full of customer cars, and a lot that sits mostly empty from closing until the first employee arrives. Thieves know it. Wheel and tire theft, catalytic converter theft, stolen vehicles, smash-and-grabs and service department break-ins are problems dealers across Texas deal with.

Cameras show you what happened. An officer on the lot helps stop it from happening. Our officers patrol the inventory rows, check fence lines and gates, watch the service drive and parts area, and respond right away when something looks wrong, so police are called while suspects are still on the lot instead of the next morning.

We also help during business hours and special events. Sales weekends, tent events and auctions bring crowds and open lots where vehicles and keys can go missing.

What We Cover

Threats We Watch For

What officers look for on every round of your lot.

Vehicle Theft

Vehicles leaving the lot after hours, cut fences, and people who have no business in the inventory rows.

Catalytic Converter Theft

Patrols that interrupt thieves who can remove a converter from a truck or SUV in minutes.

Wheel & Tire Theft

Checks for vehicles up on blocks and suspicious people moving through the lot overnight.

Key Control

Checking that key cabinets, sales offices and service areas are locked, and logging any after-hours access.

Service Drive & Parts

Protecting customer vehicles left overnight and parts deliveries dropped outside before opening.

Sales Events

A visible presence during tent sales and busy weekends to keep test drives, keys and crowds under control.

Our Process

Setting Up Coverage for Your Lot

  1. Walk the lot at night

Lighting, fence lines, entrances, camera blind spots and where past losses happened.

  2. Choose the coverage

An on-site officer, patrols, or both. Armed coverage where there's a history of theft or confrontation.

  3. Clear post orders

Patrol routes, check points, who to call and when, and what to do if someone is on the lot.

  4. Reports you can use

Nightly reports and incident details with times, to support police reports and insurance claims.

FAQ

Common Questions

Should my dealership use armed or unarmed security?

Many dealerships start with an unarmed officer or patrols. If your lot has repeated theft, thieves who keep coming back, or staff who have been confronted, armed coverage is worth considering. We'll look at your history and recommend what fits.

Can one officer cover a large lot?

One officer working on foot and in a vehicle can cover a lot of ground, especially with good lighting and cameras. Very large lots, or a campus with several franchises, may need a second officer or added patrol visits.

Do your officers watch our cameras?

If your system has an on-site monitor, officers can add camera checks to their rounds. We'll write the checks into the post orders so they happen on a schedule.

Do you cover dealer groups with several stores?

Yes. We can cover multiple stores under one agreement, with post orders and reports for each location.
