Privacy Policy
Effective September 22, 2026
Dallas County Protection and Patrol Services ("we," "us" or "our") operates dallascountysecurity.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website, not to information collected in person or through other channels.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you request a quote, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you're interested in, your city and ZIP code, and your message.
When you apply for a job, we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, the date you're available, the position you're applying for, your Texas security license level, the experience you describe, and your resume if you choose to upload one.
Please don't include sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers or financial details in the website forms. If we need that information during hiring, we'll collect it separately and securely.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time of your visit. When you submit a form, we also record your IP address and the time of submission to prevent spam and abuse.
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles that information.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your quote request and prepare a security proposal
- To review your job application and contact you about employment
- To communicate with you about services you've requested
- To protect our website and forms from spam, fraud and abuse
- To comply with legal obligations, including Texas private security licensing requirements
We don't use your information for automated decision-making, and we don't send you marketing email unless you ask us to.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host and email provider, who may only use it to provide services to us
- When required by law, subpoena or a government agency, including the Texas Department of Public Safety
- To protect the rights, property or safety of our company, clients, employees or others
- As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, with the new owner bound by this policy
How Long We Keep Information
We keep quote requests and business correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain normal business records. We keep job applications and resumes for as long as needed to consider you for open positions and to meet record-keeping requirements under state and federal employment law. After that, we delete or securely dispose of them.
How We Protect Information
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and delivered by email to our business inbox. We limit access to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you've submitted through this website by emailing info@dallascountysecurity.com or calling 817-703-1635. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and we may need to verify your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor those requests as the law requires.
Links to Other Websites
Our website links to other sites, such as our Facebook page. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so please review their policies.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll delete it. Job applicants must meet Texas age requirements for security officer licensing.
